Chris Zielinski

Chris is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years’ experience and is a partner in the West Australian boutique corporate law firm, Nova Legal. Chris predominately advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, regulatory compliance, board advisory and commercial transactions in the resources and technology sectors.

Chris graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance), is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
